Liner Notes:

In the year 1986, a grinding foursome emerged onto the underground; the band known as Terrorizer was formed.  Jesse Pintado (guitar), Pete Sandoval (drums), Oscar Garcia (vocals / guitar) and Garvey (bass), bonded by the passion of making what we now call grindcore, gave birth to this legend.  After several practices, they knew it was time to introduce themselves and this came about with their first and legendary “Nightmares” demo

The band’s following grew in the underground scene by word of mouth, fanzines and tape traders.  This grew even wider and stronger with the release of two non-studio mixer rehearsals (4/25/87 and 8/22/87).

Their songs were of deadly speed, proving Terrorizer to be the fastest death noise band to originate from the USA.  The band came to an end when Pete Sandoval was asked to join Morbid Angel, and Jesse Pintado, shortly after, joined Napalm Death.  As for Oscar Garcia, he went on to reform the legendary Nausea and Garvey left the metal music scene forever.

We no longer have the great Terrorizer but we will always have their music.  Hail the greatest grind band ever, Terrorizer!
